The Company may use Company Data for the following purposes: - Figures & Company Data Supplied: When You share confidential information relating to your
company, for analysis purposes and to carry out Our Services, such information may be viewed
by Visualcoaching Coaches and employees and is treated as confidential and will not be
disclosed to any other person.
Retention of Your Personal and Company Data
The Company willretain Your Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy
Policy. We will retain and use Your Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for
example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and
enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally
retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the

required to assist You with Your required outcomes.
